The Lion and the Mouse

The Lion and the Mouse

Once upon a time, a big, fierce lion was taking a nap in the jungle when a tiny little mouse accidentally ran across his nose. The lion woke up and caught the little mouse in his paws.

The mouse was very scared and begged the lion to let him go, promising that he would help the lion someday if he spared his life. The lion laughed and let the little mouse go, thinking that he was too small and weak to ever be of any help to him.

Sometime later, the lion got trapped in a hunter's net, and he roared and struggled to get free. The little mouse heard the lion's cries and came to see what was going on. When he saw the lion trapped in the net, he knew that he had to help him.

The little mouse began to gnaw through the ropes of the net with his sharp teeth. It took some time, but eventually, he freed the lion from the net, and the lion was able to escape.

The lion was amazed and grateful to the tiny mouse, realizing that even the smallest creatures can be helpful. From that day on, the lion and the mouse became good friends, and the lion promised to protect the little mouse always.

The moral of the story is that even the smallest and weakest among us can be helpful, and it's important to treat everyone with kindness and respect.
